HoopQuote Privacy Policy

HoopQuote

Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026 · HoopQuote is made by Stylish3Tees, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

The short version: HoopQuote keeps your shop data on your own device. We don't run accounts, we don't see your customers or quotes, and we don't track you.

1. Information you enter

Your shop profile, rates, logo, customers, jobs and quotes are stored only on your device. They are not sent to Stylish3Tees or to any server we operate. When you choose to share a quote, back up your data or export a CSV, the file goes only where you send it (for example Mail, Messages, AirDrop or Files).

2. Purchases

Subscriptions to HoopQuote Pro in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details. We use RevenueCat, a subscription service, to confirm whether your device has an active Pro subscription. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history for this app and basic device information. It does not receive your name, email or the content of your quotes. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

If you buy a Pro license key from our website, the purchase is handled by our Shopify store, and its information is covered by the Stylish3Tees store privacy policy.

3. What we don't do

No advertising, ad tracking or selling of data.
No analytics that identify you.
No access to your contacts, location or files beyond what you choose to share.

4. Camera and photos

HoopQuote asks for camera or photo library access only when you add a shop logo. The image stays on your device and appears only on quotes you create.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Use Settings → Your data → Erase all data in the app, or delete the app, to remove everything. Backups you exported are under your control.
