Getting started

1. Open Settings → Shop profile and enter your shop name, contact info and currency.
2. Open Settings → Shop rates and enter your real costs: machine rate, stitches per minute, labor, thread, backing and your target margin.
3. Tap New quote. Add the garment, quantity, blank cost and each embroidery location with its stitch count.
4. Tap Send quote to share a branded PDF by Mail, Messages or AirDrop.

Common questions

How is the price calculated?
HoopQuote adds up blanks (plus spoilage), machine time (stitches ÷ speed ÷ heads), hooping labor, thread, backing, specialty materials and packaging. It applies your overhead, then prices to hit your target margin after card fees, and rounds each piece up. Digitizing, setup, small-order fees and tax are added on top.

I don't have a stitch count yet.
Tap Estimate stitches on any location and enter the design's width, height and fill %. The estimate uses about 1,800 stitches per square inch of full coverage.

How do I handle a reorder?
Open the original job and tap Duplicate / reorder. The copy removes digitizing charges because the design already exists.

Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. Use Settings → Back up data regularly and save the file to iCloud Drive or Google Drive. Use Restore backup on a new device.

What does Pro include?
Unlimited jobs, your logo and brand color on PDF quotes, no "Created with HoopQuote Free" footer, and CSV export.

How do I restore or cancel Pro on iPhone?
To restore, go to Settings → Plan → Restore purchases in the app. To cancel, open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → HoopQuote.

I bought a license key on the website.
Enter it in Settings → Plan in the web version of HoopQuote. Lost your key? Email us your order number.
