Shipping & Timeline

Turnaround: 10–14 business days (production) plus shipping time. Shipping costs are calculated and added to the invoice once quantities + destination are confirmed.

Wholesale Policies & Agreement

  • Minimum wholesale order: 72 pieces total (across all line items).
  • Deposit required: 50% down to confirm your production slot.
  • Cancellation policy: If the order is cancelled after payment, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  • Turnaround: 10–14 business days after deposit + artwork approval.
  • Shipping: Shipping cost is separate and will be added to the invoice.
  • Reprints / approvals: Production begins after artwork approval. Please review mockups carefully.
  • Color variation: Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and production methods.
Pro tip: If you want bags labeled by size/color, mention it here.
