Why I built it
When I set up my embroidery studio, I wanted a straight answer to one question: what should this job cost? Not a guess, not what the shop down the street charges, but a price that covers the blanks, the machine time, the hooping, the thread and backing, and still leaves a real profit.
I couldn't find a tool that did that simply, so I built one. HoopQuote prices every quote my shop sends. Now it can price yours.

No. Open HoopQuote and start quoting. Everything is unlocked for 7 days.
Your jobs and customers stay put. You can still view them and back them up. To create new quotes and send PDFs, choose the monthly or yearly plan and enter your license key.
After checkout, we email your key within 1 business day. Enter it in HoopQuote under Settings, then Plan. To renew, buy again before your key expires and we'll send a new one.
On your own device. We don't see your customers or quotes. Use Back up data in Settings anytime and keep the file somewhere safe.
Yes. Open HoopQuote in Safari and choose Share, then Add to Home Screen. An App Store version is on the way.
HoopQuote calculates tax from the rates you set. It includes starting rates for 100+ countries, every US state and Canadian province, and you confirm them with your tax authority.
Yes. Choose from 240+ countries and territories. HoopQuote uses your currency and local money format, prints A4 or Letter, and sends quotes in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian or Dutch. Plans are billed in US dollars.
You set the lowest margin you'll accept in Settings. On every quote, HoopQuote shows the lowest price that still keeps that margin and how much room you have to negotiate. If a discount goes too far, the quote turns red and shows how much you'd lose.
Yes. Export won jobs as files made for QuickBooks Online, Xero, Square, Wave and more, or send each won job automatically through Zapier or Make.
